We're here to provide support to SU students as they embark on their entrepreneurial journeys
Our BJootcamp provides a foundational knowledge in cutting edge data science topics such as big data, AI and machine learning, accompanied by a heavy dose of design thinking, lean startup and entrepreneurial development techniques. Participants who complete the bootcamp will all be considered for internships at tech firms.
SU Innovation Showdown is a competition where students enter their existing businesses or new business ideas, attend workshops hosted by SU LaunchLab to help them develop their entrepreneurial skills, and finally pitch their ideas to a crowd and panel of judges for the chance to win cash and other prizes.

The EDHE Entrepreneurship Intervarsity is a national competition between 26 universities in South Africa which is sponsored by Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, SAB Foundation and Entrepreneurs' Organisation.
Student entrepreneurs from each university get the opportunity to travel and meet interesting people, develop their entrepreneurial skills, win the R 100 000 grand prize and be crowned Student Entrepreneur of the Year by entering their existing business or business idea for the EDHE Entrepreneurship Intervarsity!
